Introduction

Our 30 KLPD Distillery plant is multi pressure vaccum distillation and continues/feed batch type fermentation with intigrated evaporation for reduce the spent wash quantity and condensate polishing unit for treatment on process condensate and recycle the treated water for process. These plant was commissioned in 2015 and supplied by PRAJ industries Ltd. Pune, then plant was expanded 30 KLPD to 50 KLPD by Mojj Engineering Pune and recently expanded our Distillery plant capacity from 50 KLPD to 95 KLPD Rectified spirit/Extra Neutral Alcohol/Ethanol its annual capacity 2.85 Crore liters and commissioned in 2023 which is expanded by Procient Engineering Pune with multi pressure vaccum distillation and continues /feed batch type fermentation with standalone evaporation for reduce the spent wash quantity and condensate polishing unit for treatment on process condensate and recycle the treated water for process at the same time baggase, coal fired 30 TPH incineration boiler also commissioned which is supplied by Themax Ltd Pune. all these systems are installed for zero liquide discharge.
